A. The organization structure: The General Meeting of Shareholders is the highest authority empowered to approve the ratification of the changes and supplements to the law and the annual business plan.

The General Meeting of Shareholders electing the Board of Management and Supervisory Board to manage and supervise the business operations of the corporation.

The Board of Management is responsible for implementing the resolutions approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders adopted every year.

Chief Executive Officer by the Board of Directors is appointed and dismissed direct operating activities of the Group.
